Honestly I have no ideas regarding the rules of that place. There were rumors that they kept a boy trapped in a bubble in the basement, a secret organization was training a dueling monkey, and a student left to go train in the woods for years and no one noticed. If that place wasn't owned by KaibaCorp, the government would be ripping that place a new one every few minutes.
